How to make a natural disinfectant

Some sterilization items available in stores and pharmacies are made of risky chemicals that can cause respiratory problems, pores, and dermatitis, and can also lead to indoor air pollution! Instead of relying on these merchandise, you can easily use a household disinfectant using substances like vinegar, rubbing alcohol, and essential oils, which help reduce exposure to chemicals while keeping your home as clean as you would a pre-made product to sterilize it. Note: Vinegar is not effective in killing the growing Covid-19 virus, but to kill it you have to drink alcohol with at least 70% attention until you are able to get rid of the virus. How to make a natural disinfectant

Use basic, undiluted rubbing alcohol. Choose a product with at least 70% alcohol, otherwise your product will not be effective at killing bacteria or viruses. Put rubbing alcohol in a glass spray bottle so you can easily apply it to any surface

This product in this concentration is effective in killing Corona virus.

Do not dilute rubbing alcohol with water, as it will not be strong enough to kill bacteria.

Create an herbal spray from rubbing alcohol. Pour 10-30 drops of thyme or any other essential oil of your choice into a 250ml spray bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with rubbing alcohol at a concentration of at least 70%; Shake the bottle to mix the ingredients, then store as you wish, out of direct sunlight.

This disinfectant is also effective against the emerging corona virus, Covid-19.

Use a mixture of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. The vinegar and hydrogen peroxide have a good antiseptic effect, but you should not mix them in one bottle as this will produce peroxy acid, which can be dangerous. Alternatively, add undiluted white vinegar to a spray bottle and hydrogen peroxide at 3% concentration in another.

This disinfectant cannot be used to kill the Coronavirus.

To use this cleanser, clean the surface of turmeric, then spray it with one of the two mixtures and leave it on for 5 minutes, then wipe it off with a clean cloth; Then spray it with the other mixture and leave it for 5 minutes as well, then wipe it off with another clean cloth.

It doesn't matter which one you start with, whether with vinegar or alcohol.

Make various cleansers with vinegar

Create a sterile vinegar spray. Get a medium sized spray bottle, then fill half of it with water and the other half with vinegar, and add 5-15 drops of 100% pure essential oil (to add a fragrant scent). You can use any essential oil you want to smell, or even a mixture of whatever essential oils you prefer.

Antiseptics made with vinegar do not disinfect the surfaces of viruses, and therefore do not kill the emerging corona virus.

Lemon essential oil is widely used in kitchen cleaning as the scent of lemon is able to neutralize strong kitchen odors.

Tea tree oils and eucalyptus oils are great for neutralizing bathroom odors.

You may prefer to use light-smelling essential oils such as chamomile or vanilla in parts of the home that you want to deodorize.

Essential oils can sometimes interact with plastic, so you should use a glass spray bottle.

Make sterile wipes. If you want to make sterile wipes instead of a spray bottle, use the same recipe mentioned in the previous method to make a spray of vinegar, but instead of putting the ingredients in a spray bottle; Put them in a large bottle and stir them together. Then get a large piece of cloth and cut it into 15-20 pieces, each in a square shape of 25 cm long, then put them inside the glass jar of the sanitizer.

Note: These wipes do not disinfect surfaces contaminated with the Coronavirus.

Lower the pieces of the fabric into the glass jar until the liquid is completely submerged. Close the jar with a lid and store it in your kitchen or anywhere closed out of direct sunlight.

To use wipes, take out a tissue, wring it out to get rid of excess detergent, and then use it to wipe down the surfaces after cleaning them from visible dirt.

Make a mixture of vinegar and baking soda. Add 4 cups (1000 ml) of hot water, 1 cup (60 ml) of white vinegar and 2 tablespoons (30 g) of baking soda together in a bowl or bucket. Mix the ingredients together until the baking soda dissolves, then divide a lemon in half and squeeze it into the solution. Then put the lemon peel in the mixture and wait for it to cool down.

Note: A mixture of vinegar and baking soda is not effective in killing the emerging corona virus, Covid-19.

Once the mixture has cooled, add 4 drops of lemon essential oil or any other essential oil of your choice. Strain the mixture with a fine sieve to get rid of the lemon seeds and peel them, then put the mixture in a spray bottle.

Use a disinfectant spray

Clean the surface. Sterilization does not clean the surface of dust and contaminants, nor does it remove dirt from it, so it is important to make sure that the surface is completely cleaned before sterilizing it. Cleaning can be done with a natural or organic detergent if you want to stay away from harsh chemicals.

Turn up the sprayer. Shake the spray bottle to make sure all of the ingredients are mixed in the spray and that it will be effective.

Spray the entire surface with a disinfectant spray. Hold the natural disinfectant spray glass, leave an arm's length between the surface, and spray completely with the disinfectant. Spray all parts of the surface with disinfectant, and any other surface you want to sterilize as well.

Leave the spray on the surfaces for 10 minutes. Wait ten minutes to give the sanitizer a chance to work and disinfect the surfaces of all germs.

Wipe clean with a clean cloth. After 10 minutes, wipe the surfaces you sprayed the disinfectant on with a microfiber cloth; For example, if you sterilize different surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, use a separate cloth for each surface to avoid the spread of contaminants.
